When I have the time, I love to have a go at cooking at home, and now I've started to make some of my very own cookery videos for YouTube, with the help of friends. I've made all of these recipes, either at home or in cookery at school. As I don't always follow them exactly, I've included all kinds of variations, so that you can make your sweet or savoury recipe exactly how you like it.
Although I don't really watch a lot of cookery programmes on TV, I do quite like Jamie Oliver, because he has a real passion for food and is rather funny at the same time.
Nigella and Lorraine Pascal also seem to know what they're on about, and Tom Kerridge looks like a bit of a laugh, especially when he's on Innuendo Bingo with Radio 1 DJ Scott Mills. And of course, not forgetting the baking legends that are Paul Hollywood and lovely Mary Berry. As you've probably gathered with the entertainment news and old comedy film countdowns, I love a bit of the Great British Bake Off whenever its on.
I tend to use a Delia Smith cookbook for recipes when I am cooking, although because it is so well-used, it is starting to fall apart now. This isn't helped by the fact that I seem to keep dropping it on the kitchen floor with my butter fingers!
I've divided my cookery recipes into sweet, savoury (these usually involve lots of Cheddar cheese) and drinks - and some of them are actually even a bit healthy. If you have any recipes of your own that you'd like included on this page, then drop me an email and let me know all about your cookery triumphs, and your disasters as well.
