When October comes along, we head straight into the kitchen to make a batch of Halloween cookies in the shape of pumpkins, ghosts and witches.
If you are able to get yourself some really good cookie cutters, it makes the whole process so much easier, and the result is that your biscuits will look good enough to eat at the end of it! If you can't get hold of any cutters, then don't worry, cut out some shapes on paper and use these as templates for your cookie dough, with a nice sharp knife.
