When Newswatch 16 (WNEO-TV) arrived at the Wayne County Fair in Honesdale, Pennsylvannia, to report on the event, they were lucky enough to bump into five-year-old Noah Ritter from the nearby city of Wilkes-Barre, who was enjoying a day out at the fair with his grandfather.
Noah had never been on live television before and so was very excited, and he seemed to have a favourite word. See if you can guess what it was from this brief extract from the video:
- What did you think about the ride?
- It was great, and apparently, I've never been on live television before. But apparently sometimes I don't watch the news, because I'm a kid, and apparently grandpa just gives me the remote after we watch the powerball.
At the end of the interview, Noah just wanders off and the news reporter has to quickly call him back to ask his name. Shortly after this video was uploaded to YouTube, Noah became nothing short of an Internet sensation and he has since also become a star of the Ellen show. His main appeal is his fantastic voice - he can't seem to talk without shouting and becoming extremely excited. If you are wondering what kind of dinosaur is Noah's favourite, it's a 'crocodon' (half crocodile, half duck). And by the way, his new favourite word is 'seriously', apparently.
